What is the standard lead time for your machines?
Our standard lead time is 45 to 60 working days after order confirmation and receipt of the deposit. Custom configurations or fully automated turnkey lines may require 60 to 90 days depending on the complexity of the dosing and secondary packaging systems.
Do you provide overseas installation and training?
Yes! Acepack has exported to over 60 countries. We offer comprehensive English manuals and video tutorials. Additionally, we can dispatch our skilled engineers to your factory for on-site installation, commissioning, and staff training (travel and accommodation costs apply).
What is the warranty period?
We provide a standard 12-month warranty from the date of machine installation. During this period, we supply free replacement parts for any non-human damage. We also offer lifetime online technical support and software updates.
Can your machines handle both paper and plastic film?
Yes, our sealing jaws and temperature controllers are designed to accommodate a wide range of laminated films, including PE, PET, ALU, Foil, and newly trending recyclable Kraft paper composites. We can test your specific film in our factory before shipment.
